General Terms and Conditions of SLUIZ. IBIZA

Right to Exchange and Return

You may return any item ordered from the SLUIZ. IBIZA online store within 30 days of receipt, without giving any reason, by mailing the product to the following address:

Please note that merchandise must be in a condition corresponding to normal use for the purpose of checking the merchandise, as would be usual for trying it on in a store, and they must still have the original tags attached. We reserve the right to demand compensation for items returned in poor condition due to additional usage. The costs for the return shipment will be paid by the customer. Please follow the withdrawal instructions according to Item 8 below.

• DHL Standard (5-10 Business Days)
• DHL Express (3-5 Business Days)
• All items will be shipped from the island of Ibiza.
• Delivery prices are based on orders up to 3kg.
• Free shipping is only for regular products; discounted products are not included.

Prices and Payment Methods

All prices indicated in the SLUIZ. IBIZA online store include the currently valid German VAT, except for Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. All prices are indicated in Euros. You can choose whether you wish to pay for the merchandise by MasterCard, Visa Card, Advance Payment, or PayPal.

Please note that all countries outside of Europe may have extra taxes.

Acceptance of Orders

SLUIZ. IBIZA is free to refuse online orders at its discretion. In the event that SLUIZ. IBIZA cannot fulfill an online order, the customer will be notified promptly. An order confirmation does not constitute a binding sales contract. The sales contract takes effect only after delivery of the goods.

To submit your binding order using the online shopping bag system, follow these steps: Place the selected item(s) in the virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping cart" button. Then, click the "Checkout" button and proceed to enter your personal data, select the delivery method, accept our Terms & Conditions, select the payment method, and review your order before clicking the "Buy now" button.

Transport Damage

The customer must notify the respective delivery company immediately, regardless of warranty rights, if items are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or the contents. The customer shall refuse acceptance and contact SLUIZ. IBIZA to maintain any rights against the dispatcher.

Storage of Contract Text

The contract text is not saved by SLUIZ. IBIZA and cannot be accessed after completing the order process. You can print the order data immediately after sending the order request.

Retention of Title

The goods delivered remain the property of SLUIZ. IBIZA until they have been paid in full.

Data Privacy and Creditor Protection

All personal data will be handled confidentially and processed for the purpose of handling and carrying out your order.

Warranty

Customers can claim warranty for defective goods according to legal regulations. Warranty claims expire two years after delivery. The customer must provide the order number, name, address, and reasons for the claim when making a warranty claim.
